The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with up to two years’ post-qualification experience gained in litigation, arbitration, corporate and bankruptcy consultancy. The role involves hands-on work across a broad range of complex and high-profile matters, including insolvency litigation, advisory and contentious restructuring work, compositions with creditors (concordato preventivo), extraordinary administration procedures, and compulsory liquidation, including proceedings involving financial intermediaries. The lawyer will work closely with partners and senior associates on domestic and cross-border matters, advising corporates, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders throughout all stages of financial distress and recovery.

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, be articulate and well presented, and demonstrate a genuine interest in restructuring and insolvency law. Fluency in English is essential.

The Firm is seeking an senior associate to join its M&A team.

The role includes providing legal assistance in M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, supporting the structuring and negotiation of transactions, and drafting and reviewing M&A documentation such as share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements and related ancillary documents. The ideal candidate will have gained a solid experience in M&A.  A solid background in corporate and commercial law is required, together with excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
