An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or junior associate to join the highly regarded Corporate M&A and Private Equity team of a leading international law firm in Milan.

Working alongside leading partners and experienced lawyers, you will be involved in a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures and general corporate matters. You will gain exposure to high-quality work for major international groups, investors and entrepreneurial businesses, while benefiting from close supervision, hands-on experience and genuine opportunities for professional development.
The ideal candidate will be an Italian-qualified lawyer, newly qualified or with 1/2 post-qualification experience, who has already developed a good practical experience in corporate M&A and/or private equity, preferably within a leading Italian or international law firm.
Outstanding academic credentials (minimum 108/110), excellent analytical and communication skills and full fluency in English are essential. Equally important are enthusiasm, commercial awareness and a genuine ambition to grow.
