The Milan office has a wonderful opportunity for a couple of talented lawyers with experience in PRIVATE EQUITY and M&A to join a vibrant and very busy team doing high quality transactional work. The associates will work with all partners of the M&A/private equity department. Our client is considering lawyers with 1 to 3 years Post Qualification Experience, ideally from a top tier law firm or other leading practice; you will have gained solid private equity and M&A experience.

This well-known law firm has been acting for over a century. It advises clients on their business and legal needs both at home and abroad. The firm is now looking to hire an enthusiastic lawyer for their friendly corporate team in Milan.

You will be advising a wide range of clients, small businesses, corporations, large multinationals, institutions, on a full range of commercial, corporate and M&A work. The successful candidate will be supporting the drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements as well as, drafting share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders\’ agreements, and related transaction documents. Ideally you will have gained your working experience in a good corporate/commercial practise in Milan. You should have excellent people and communication skills.

Teamwork is vital and you will often work alongside with colleagues in our overseas offices, so you must be fluent in English (level C1).
