Our client is looking for a compliance/231 specialist to join their team in Milan.
You will be assisting clients – Italian and internationals – on compliance and international trade issues, assessing the risk deriving from trade restrictions, and advising on internal investigations related to corruption and financial crime.
The ideal candidate will be a lawyer with experience in Corporate Compliance and Anti-corruption legislation, Corporate liability (Decree No. 231/2001), Internal investigations and litigation. Fluent English is essential.
