This well-known law firm has been acting for over a century. It advises clients on their business and legal needs both at home and abroad. The firm is now looking to hire an enthusiastic lawyer for their friendly corporate team in Milan.
You will be advising a wide range of clients, small businesses, corporations, large multinationals, institutions, on a full range of commercial, corporate and M&A work. The successful candidate will be supporting the drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements as well as, drafting share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders\’ agreements, and related transaction documents. Ideally you will have gained your working experience in a good corporate/commercial practise in Milan. You should have excellent people and communication skills.
Teamwork is vital and you will often work alongside with colleagues in our overseas offices, so you must be fluent in English (level C1).
