Candidates must be qualified to practice law in Italy ( 3-6 PQE) and have experience in commercial contracts and procurement law, gained in-house or in a law firm. Strong drafting and negotiation skills are essential, together with a business-oriented approach and the ability to work independently. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
