The successful associate will be involved on a full range of work. You will form an integral part of the Banking & Finance team and will provide support across all disciplines.

The team advises on the whole range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions including, DCM, Derivatives, Fintech & Crypto, Alternative Lending, Debt Restructuring, Derivatives Litigation and banking/finance litigation. The team works with both lender and borrower clients, including the major clearing banks, commercial and private banks, non-bank lenders. You will have a good grounding in banking finance law and commercial matters. Any experience dealing with similar issues with these types of clients will be of great interest. Our client is open to considering a trainee who is in the process of qualifying, but the candidate must have experience in the banking/financial litigation sector.
