The successful associate will be involved on a full range of work. You will form an integral part of the Banking & Finance team and will provide support across all disciplines.

The team advises on the whole range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions including, DCM, Derivatives, Fintech & Crypto, Alternative Lending, Debt Restructuring, Derivatives Litigation and banking/finance litigation. The team works with both lender and borrower clients, including the major clearing banks, commercial and private banks, non-bank lenders.
