The company is now looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic lawyer to join their legal team in Milan.

The ideal candidate will be a lawyer currently working in a leading law firm or as in-house legal specialist in a large organization.

Ideally you should have a solid expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements, reviewing and analysing a broad range of contracts (such as: M&A, construction, real estate, heath, ICT agreements; EPC, letter of Intent, memorandum of understanding). Drafting post-Agreement documents (letters, addendum/amendment, settlement Agreement, etc.).

You will report directly to the head of the legal. You should be comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently, with a willingness to assume responsibility. Strong planning and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, accuracy will complete the profile.

You will be a native Italian speaker with fluent English (both written and spoken). Availability to travel abroadis required.
