An established international law firm with a strong presence in Milan is seeking a Tax Litigation Lawyer to join its growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in tax disputes and litigation before Italian courts and authorities
- Provide strategic advice on complex domestic and international tax matters
- Draft legal opinions, pleadings, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional cases
- Manage client relationships and support business development initiatives
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer admitted to the Italian Bar
- Proven experience in tax litigation (ideally within a top-tier law firm or boutique)
- Strong knowledge of Italian tax law and litigation procedures
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment
