The team advises an elite domestic and international client base on some of the most sophisticated and high-profile transactions in the Italian market. The practice is widely regarded as one of the strongest in the country for corporate finance and complex transactional work, acting on landmark M&A, private equity and capital markets matters for listed companies, financial institutions and major industrial groups.
The successful candidate will work closely with two highly regarded partners whose practices encompass a broad spectrum of top-tier corporate transactions. Their work includes advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, acquisitions and disposals of shareholdings and businesses, private equity deals, demergers, and the negotiation and drafting of share purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements.
