The role offers exceptional exposure to high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions across both private and public M&A, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and other complex corporate transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with prominent clients, including investment funds, industrial groups, taking an active role throughout the transaction process.
With significant responsibility and a high degree of autonomy, this position offers the opportunity to develop further within a sophisticated, internationally oriented practice and contribute meaningfully to challenging, high-value mandates.
The ideal candidate is an Italian-qualified lawyer with 5/6 years of experience in M&A gained at a leading law firm. A strong academic background, excellent English and outstanding drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills are essential.
