A leading law firm with a strong reputation in Italy and internationally is continuing its growth and is looking to strengthen its Restructuring & Insolvency team with a talented Junior Lawyer.
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded practice and gain hands-on exposure to complex corporate recovery, restructuring and insolvency matters, working directly alongside a Partner with significant experience in financing and debt-restructuring transactions, as well as extensive expertise in litigation.
From day one, you will be involved in sophisticated matters and exposed to a broad range of work, including corporate litigation, restructuring transactions, bankruptcy proceedings, pre-insolvency arrangements and related contentious matters. The role offers the opportunity to develop quickly within a demanding, high-quality environment while working closely with experienced lawyers and clients.
The ideal candidate will be an Italian-qualified lawyer with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience, having already developed a solid foundation in corporate litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency law. An excellent academic record is essential, with a university grade of 105/110 or above, together with fluent English.
