A well-established boutique law firm with a strong track record in the financial and regulated sectors is looking to strengthen its litigation team with an experienced Litigation Lawyer.
The firm advises and represents a broad range of clients, including insurance companies, banks, financial institutions, leasing companies, SIMs and Italian and international trust companies, providing both strategic legal advice and representation in complex disputes and arbitrations.
The role will focus primarily on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, with the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value matters for leading players in highly regulated industries. The lawyer will be involved in the full management of contentious matters, from the initial assessment of a dispute through to proceedings and settlement strategies, working closely with clients and taking an active role in developing case strategy.
Previous experience in insurance, banking or financial litigation is not essential, although exposure to these areas would be considered a strong advantage. The firm is particularly interested in lawyers with a solid litigation background, excellent analytical and drafting skills and the ability to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy.
