In this role, you will have the opportunity to advise private equity funds, public and private companies, and global investors on a variety of high-profile transactions, including:
Private equity investments and buyouts, Mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including cross-border deals, Divestments and corporate restructuring, Corporate finance matters, with a focus on financing for private equity-backed deals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity law, having worked on private equity transactions and corporate finance matters, preferably gained in a top-tier law firm. You should be able to demonstrate excellent transactional skills, a deep understanding of corporate and financial structures, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
