Our client an internationally recognised pharmaceutical company is seeking a bright Legal Associate to join its in-house legal team based in Italy.
The successful candidate will join the Legal Department and will provide legal support on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on corporate governance and company secretarial matters, and assisting with litigation management.
Candidates should ideally be legal professionals with approximately 3/4 years of experience gained within an in-house legal team and/or a reputable law firm. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate law and commercial contracts, together with excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an international environment. Candidates should also possess good organisational and stakeholder management skills, together with fluent English, both written and spoken.
Experience within the pharmaceutical, life sciences or other highly regulated sectors would be advantageous.
