The Milan office has a wonderful opportunity for a couple of talented M&A, corporate lawyers to join a vibrant and very busy team doing high quality transactional work. The work includes a wide range of M&A, private equity, and corporate transactional and advisory work across many industry sectors. The associate will work with four partners of the corporate/M&A department. There is a very collegiate, supportive team environment within the firm and strong career prospects for ambitious lawyers.
You should be a lawyer, ideally from a top tier law firm or leading practice; you will have gained solid corporate/M&A and general commercial experience with exposure to any or all private and public M&A or private equity.
