Leading firm is looking for an associate to join its Real Estate practice group in Milan. The real estate transaction’s team is a very busy practise! You will advise on real estate, you will be focussing on the sale and purchase of large real estate investments and developments. Including real estate funds and SIIQ. The firm offers associates an environment where ambitious lawyers can develop their career further and quicker, you will benefit from on-the-job training, which includes opportunities for secondments in‑house to clients and internationally to other offices around the network.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Real Estate, you will have a specific knowledge of sale and purchase law and lease law. Fluent English is necessary as the clients of the firm are both Italian and international.
