Our client is a well-known Italian law firm which practice areas include commercial, corporate, banking, finance and insolvency. The firm ranks amongst the best law firms in Italy for high quality of work and provides assistance in litigation and arbitration proceedings. The firm is seeking a litigator to join their brand-new team in Rome.
You will be working on commercial disputes for major corporates, financial institutions, and governments across a range of sectors. The successful litigator can look forward to a diverse and challenging case load often including high value, complex and sensitive issues. You will be exposed to a variety of contentious and pre-contentious issues and will have access to high quality work.
The ideal candidate will have gained solid well rounded litigation experience ideally in civil and commercial law but any experience in some or all of the following area of the law: commercial, corporate, banking, finance and insolvency will be an asset.
You will a lawyer with 1/2 years’ PQE with an excellent academic history. A good level of English is required as the firm’s clientele is truly international.
