Our client is an nternational prestigious law firm and is currently looking for a Senior Associate / Mid Associate, with consolidated experience assisting lenders, funds and borrowers in complex financial transactions.

The Banking and Finance Department assists clients on a wide range of financial transactions, with a focus on acquisition finance and project finance transactions, and a specialist experience in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of legal practice as an Italian lawyer in the Banking & Finance or Project Finance department of leading law firms
Solid experience in acquisition finance and/or project finance
Ability to draft and negotiate complex documents
Fluent English
Degree in law with academic path of excellence
