Our client an international law firm seeks a talented mid-level lawyer to join their friendly busy team.
You will work alongside leading names acting on a broad range of matters for international and national clients. You will work on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional transactions including joint ventures, spin-offs, divestitures, leveraged buyouts. You will advise high-profile clients in major domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, tender offers and IPOs.
You will be expected to work independently but with all required support to aid your development.
You will be a lawyer with 2/3 years’ PQE you should possess a strong academic background (including 108/110 or above from university) and fluent English. Someone with a broad experience including litigation would be preferred.
