We are seeking a Junior Legal Specialist with experience gained in well-established law firms or medium-to-large corporate environments, to join the Legal team. The selected candidate will play a key role in providing legal support to the company’s business functions throughout all phases of construction projects in Italy.

You will provide legal support to the various business functions and contribute to the management of the department’s main activities.

The successful candidate will support the drafting and review of procurement, subcontracting and supply agreements, as well as joint venture agreements in the construction sector. They will also provide legal assistance to the company’s business functions in relation to civil, commercial and administrative law, with particular focus on the construction industry, while also contributing to the management of the system of delegations and powers of attorney within the corporate governance framework. The role will also involve monitoring sector regulations and keeping the business up to date on legislative developments.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Law and has 3–4 years of experience gained in law firms or medium to large-sized companies. Admission to the legal profession is required, even if not currently practised, together with a good knowledge of civil, commercial and administrative law, with a particular focus on public procurement. Candidates should ideally be legal professionals with approximately 3/4 years of experience gained within an in-house legal team and/or a reputable law firm. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate law and commercial contracts, together with excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an international environment.
