She or he will review and assess risks in third-party contracts, performance guarantees, and commercial agreements, identifying and mitigating potential legal risks that may arise in construction, logistics, or supply chain operations. Close collaboration with internal teams will be key in order to provide actionable legal recommendations and ensure smooth project delivery.
