Exposure to regulated sectors and cross-border transactions will be highly valued. Fluency in English is essential, given the international dimension of the practice. The In-House Lawyer will work closely with procurement, finance, compliance, and business teams, managing contractual risks related to liability, termination, intellectual property, confidentiality, and data protection, and supporting the full contract lifecycle.
Candidates must be qualified to practice law in Italy ( 3-6 PQE) and have experience in commercial contracts and procurement law, gained in-house or in a law firm.
