Working closely with our global Partner and Director group, you will play an instrumental role in growing the practice across Italy. You must analyse new business requirements and their correct technical implementation solutions using industry best practice. You will work closely with client stakeholders, delivery leads, business analysts, developers and testers to guide the design through to implementation and beyond whilst ensuring the firm risk and quality standards are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will be a lawyer who is in private practise but gained experience as in house lawyer as well maybe with a long term secondment. You should have ability to communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear to influence and align stakeholders around a proposed approach, should be able to author clear and comprehensive documentation with strong attention to detail.

You should be a strong negotiator, influencer and team player, used to managing multiple stakeholders in demanding time-critical situations. A strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve your team / project / client goals.
