Our client a leading Italian law firm with a premier reputation in Corporate and M&A is seeking an outstanding associate to join its market-leading Corporate Finance practice in Milan.
The team advises an elite domestic and international client base on some of the most sophisticated and high-profile transactions in the Italian market. The practice is widely regarded as one of the strongest in the country for corporate finance and complex transactional work, acting on landmark M&A, private equity and capital markets matters for listed companies, financial institutions and major industrial groups.
The successful candidate will work closely with two highly regarded partners whose practices encompass a broad spectrum of top-tier corporate transactions. Their work includes advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, acquisitions and disposals of shareholdings and businesses, private equity deals, demergers, and the negotiation and drafting of share purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements. The team also provides strategic advice on capital markets transactions, corporate governance matters and regulatory issues, including matters involving listed entities, banks and interactions with the Bank of Italy.
