An established international law firm with a strong presence in Milan is seeking a Tax Litigation Lawyer to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in tax disputes and litigation before Italian courts and authorities
• Provide strategic advice on complex domestic and international tax matters
• Draft legal opinions, pleadings, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional cases
• Manage client relationships and support business development initiatives

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer admitted to the Italian Bar
• Proven experience in tax litigation (ideally within a top-tier law firm or boutique)
• Strong knowledge of Italian tax law and litigation procedures
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment
