Our client is one of the main global players in the construction of large infrastructural projects, civil and industrial buildings.
We are seeking a Senior Legal Specialist with substantial experience gained in well-established law firms or medium-to-large corporate environments, to join the Legal team. The selected candidate will play a key role in providing legal support to the company’s business functions throughout all phases of construction projects both in Italy and abroad.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction, subcontracting, and supply agreements, as well as joint venture agreements and corporate bylaws. The role also includes managing administrative procedures related to public procurement, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and supporting internal stakeholders during tender processes and related formalities.
The ideal candidate holds a Law degree and is admitted to the Bar, even if not currently practicing, and has between five and seven years of professional experience in structured legal environments. A strong background in civil, commercial, and administrative law is required, with specific expertise in public procurement. Fluent English is necessary as the senior legale specialist will be involved in project within Italy but also abroad. The ideal professional will possess a strong results-oriented mindset, the ability to work effectively in a team, and the capacity to operate within complex organizational settings. This role requires availability to travel, both within Italy and internationally.
