Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a talented Corporate/M&A Trainee with 4–6 months of relevant experience to join its Rome office.
In this role, you will work closely with a highly regarded team advising Italian and international clients—including listed companies—on complex and high-value transactions. Your exposure will span mergers, demergers, and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, private equity transactions, and corporate reorganisations.
You will benefit from structured, hands-on training in a truly international environment, with opportunities for in-house secondments to clients and international secondments across the firm’s global network. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated trainee to accelerate their career and gain experience on sophisticated, cross-border M&A deals within a top-tier law firm.
The ideal candidate has initial experience in Corporate/M&A, an excellent academic record (minimum 105/110), and a fluent command of English. Preference will be given to candidates whose final dissertation focused on Corporate or M&A law.
