Are you an accomplished Italian Lawyer or Chartered Accountant with a passion for international business? An esteemed international law firm is seeking a talented professional to join their dynamic team in Milan. This role offers the chance to work with multinational companies, providing comprehensive legal and tax advice, and playing a pivotal role in their business ventures across Italy and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide multifaceted advice to multinational companies with an Italian presence or business interests in Italy and Europe.
– Identify and implement effective solutions and tax-efficient structures for foreign investors in Italy/Europe and Italian investors abroad.
– Assist in the purchase and management of businesses and properties in Italy.
– Support Italian entrepreneurs in expanding and developing their business internationally.
– Offer corporate, commercial, and real estate consultancy in cross-border transactions related to family assets and businesses.
Skills and Experience Required:
– Qualified Lawyer or Chartered Accountant with significant experience in international business law or accounting.
– Proven track record in advising multinational companies and handling cross-border transactions.
– Strong understanding of Italian and European legal and tax systems.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify strategic solutions.
– Proficiency in both Italian and English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
