We are seeking a Senior Lawyer with solid experience in litigation relating to intellectual property rights to join the Intellectual Property Department of a well-known boutique law firm.
The role involves managing and coordinating intellectual property litigation before civil courts and, where relevant, before the competent administrative authorities. The lawyer will provide strategic support in disputes that raise antitrust issues connected with the exploitation or protection of intellectual property rights. Responsibilities include drafting court pleadings, legal opinions, and defence briefs, managing client relationships, and coordinating with technical experts and other professionals involved in proceedings. The successful candidate will also contribute to the growth of the department and participate in business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a lawyer with minimum 5 years Post Qualification Experience in intellectual property litigation. The role requires excellent legal drafting skills and the ability to manage matters independently. A good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong team-oriented approach, a client-focused mindset, and solid organizational skills.
