Our client, a leading global Investment Company with a strong presence in Italy, the MENA region, and the Gulf, is looking for a high-performing Contracts Specialist to join their fast-paced legal team.
In this role, you will manage complex legal matters with autonomy, delivering pragmatic, business-focused advice and supporting cross-functional teams on a wide range of contractual issues. You will draft, review, negotiate, and adapt contracts including M&A, construction, real estate, healthcare and ICT agreements, EPC contracts, Letters of Intent, and Memoranda of Understanding, as well as prepare post-agreement documents such as amendments, addenda, and settlements.
We are seeking a lawyer with 3–5 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, strong commercial contract expertise, excellent English, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision and discretion.
