We are looking for an In-House Lawyer to join our Legal Team in Milan, with a focus on procurement activities and the management of passive, non-revenue-generating contracts. The role supports the business by providing practical legal advice on supplier and vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.The position involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement-related agreements, including supplier, service, outsourcing, and framework contracts, as well as supporting tendering and supplier selection processes. The In-House Lawyer will work closely with procurement, finance, compliance, and business teams, managing contractual risks related to liability, termination, intellectual property, confidentiality, and data protection, and supporting the full contract lifecycle.Candidates must be qualified to practice law in Italy ( 3-6 PQE) and have experience in commercial contracts and procurement law, gained in-house or in a law firm. Strong drafting and negotiation skills are essential, together with a business-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
