We are seeking a Lawyer with minimum two years’ post-qualification experience to join a highly regarded Italian practice specializing in public and administrative law. The firm offers a dynamic and flexible environment, combining the standards of structured international firms with the agility of a boutique practice.
The role involves advising public and private clients on administrative law matters, with a strong focus on public procurement, including works, services, supplies, and concessions, across all stages of awarding procedures. The successful candidate will assist in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including representation before administrative and civil courts, arbitral tribunals, and European jurisdictions.
Further exposure will include regulated sectors such as healthcare and pharmaceuticals, public-private partnerships and project finance, proceedings before independent and regulatory authorities, and matters relating to urban planning, construction, real estate, ICT, environment and Cultural heritage.
This position is well suited to a junior administrative lawyer seeking high-quality work, close involvement in complex matters, and professional growth within a specialized practice.
