This Restructuring & Insolvency team handles the full spectrum of work relating to financially distressed businesses, advising on formal and informal insolvency procedures, restructuring, turnaround and asset recovery. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency lawyer to join the Restructuring & Insolvency team of one of the most successful and respected law firms in Italy.
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with up to two years’ post-qualification experience gained in litigation, arbitration, corporate and bankruptcy consultancy. The role involves hands-on work across a broad range of complex and high-profile matters, including insolvency litigation, advisory and contentious restructuring work, compositions with creditors (concordato preventivo), extraordinary administration procedures, and compulsory liquidation, including proceedings involving financial intermediaries. The lawyer will work closely with partners and senior associates on domestic and cross-border matters, advising corporates, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders throughout all stages of financial distress and recovery.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, be articulate and well presented, and demonstrate a genuine interest in restructuring and insolvency law. Fluency in English is essential.
