Our client a solid independent law firm advises Italian and international companies, both listed and non-listed, throughout all stages of mergers, acquisitions, disposals, demergers and joint ventures. Through a multidisciplinary approach and a deep understanding of the market, the M&A team provides comprehensive legal support, ranging from legal due diligence to the structuring and negotiation of extraordinary transactions, as well as the drafting of related contractual documentation. The Firm is seeking an senior associate to join its M&A team.
The role includes providing legal assistance in M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations, supporting the structuring and negotiation of transactions, and drafting and reviewing M&A documentation such as share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements and related ancillary documents. The ideal candidate will have gained a solid experience in M&A. A solid background in corporate and commercial law is required, together with excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.
