This international law firm has a solid reputation on the market and is renowned for handling some of the most sophisticated and high-stakes disputes across industries and jurisdictions. The firm is now looking for a Senior Litigator/Arbitration Lawyer to join its Milan office and become part of a fast-paced, internationally minded team.
The successful candidate will take on a diverse and challenging caseload that often involves high-value, complex, and sensitive matters. You will work on domestic and cross-border commercial litigation, multi-party disputes, corporate and banking litigation, and international arbitration. Every day brings the opportunity to tackle strategic, precedent-setting cases that span industries and continents.
You will have a solid foundation in litigation and arbitration and the confidence to manage demanding proceedings and sophisticated clients. Interacting regularly with international clients, you will thrive on navigating different legal cultures and perspectives, providing strategic advice, and delivering results in high-pressure situations.
The ideal candidate has a global mindset, with experience that could include earning an LL.M. abroad, training with an international law firm, or working in another jurisdiction. You are fluent in English, comfortable advising in a truly international context, and eager to bring your expertise to a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. You are a qualified lawyer with around seven to eight years’ post-qualification experience, a strong background in commercial, corporate, or financial disputes, and a proven ability to handle complex, multi-jurisdictional cases.
