Our client is a boutique law firm specialising in commercial and corporate law, assisting companies at every stage of their development. Its client base includes multinational industrial groups as well as leading national and international companies.
The firm is now seeking a Senior Lawyer with strong experience in corporate and commercial law to join its team in Milan.
The professional will advise on a broad range of transactions across multiple industry sectors, including commercial contracts, as well as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory work.
