Our client is a well-known Milan-based law firm seeking to expand its team with the addition of a talented associate.
The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with at least three years of experience in civil litigation and debt recovery, able to work effectively within a team while managing cases with a degree of autonomy.
A strong background in insurance law will be considered a significant advantage, as will familiarity with technological tools and artificial intelligence applications. The firm is a pioneer in integrating these innovations into legal practice and continues to invest in them to enhance efficiency and optimize processes.
The new associate will join a dynamic group of around ten professionals and will report directly to the head of practice and the firm’s partners. The role requires precision, proactivity, and independence, combined with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork and knowledge-sharing are central to the firm’s culture.
