The Corporate and M&A group assists Italian and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and cross-border investments.
The firm is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join the Corporate & M&A team in Rome. You will work on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions, collaborating closely with colleagues worldwide and developing as a true international lawyer.
Candidates should have 2/4 years of experience in corporate/M&A, energy and/or real estate transactions, along with excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills. Fluency in Italian and English is required. We value a motivated, internationally minded approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
