Are you a motivated and talented newly qualified or junior lawyer with a passion for constitutional and administrative law? Our client is a boutique law firm in the heart of Milan, where legal excellence meets a strong commitment to the protection of fundamental rights.

The firm is a highly specialized boutique law practice with a distinguished reputation in administrative and constitutional law. it provides strategic legal counsel and advocacy in complex and high-impact matters, with particular emphasis on the protection of fundamental rights. The firm represent clients before the most prestigious national and supranational courts, including: The Constitutional Court of Italy, The Council of State, The Court of Cassation, The Court of Justice of the European Union and The European Court of Human Rights.

The firm is looking for a Junior Lawyer to support our growing practice. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and committed to public law and human rights. You will work closely with senior lawyers on high-level litigation and advisory matters, contributing to legal research, drafting, client consultations, and case preparation. You will be working in a stimulating and intellectually rigorous work environment, with direct mentorship from highly regarded legal professionals, you will have exposure to landmark constitutional and administrative cases.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research on administrative, constitutional, and labor law issues
  • Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and court submissions
  • Assist in the preparation of cases for national and European courts
  • Attend hearings and client meetings
  • Support strategic analysis and development of complex legal arguments

Requirements:

  • Law degree from an Italian university with excellent academic credentials
  • Strong interest in constitutional and administrative law
  • Prior internship or experience in a law firm or public institution is a plus
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Admission to the Italian Bar
