The company is seeking a Head of Legal to join their office in Rome.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of legal frameworks with a specialisation in Public, Construction, and Environmental Law. A meticulous approach to contract management and an unwavering commitment to precision are essential. Responsibilities include the daily oversight of legal affairs, delivering strategic guidance to the senior management team, and coordinating with external lawyers to ensure seamless legal operations. Required Skills & Experience: A qualified legal professional with substantial experience in Public, Construction, and Environmental Law. Demonstrated experience in coordinating with external legal counsel. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels within the organisation.
