Founded around 50 years ago, this company is looking to strengthen its legal department by hiring a Junior Legal Counsel for its Litigation Team
You will be part of the legal department, you will be expected to work independently but with all required support to aid your development. You will, among the others: provide legal advices and conduct legal researches on a variety of legal topics. You will mainly provide legal assistance on litigation and contracts matters. You will report directly to the legal counsel that is responsible for the litigation activity.
You will be a junior lawyer with 3/4 years’ working experience in civil litigation. You will have excellent communication and management skills. You will need to be an excellent team player, will have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. You should be comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently. The ideal candidate will have a practical approach to work, strong planning and organisational skills. Location: you can decide if you want to work from Milan or Rome.
