Founded in the seventies, this company is now looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic lawyer to join their legal team in Milan.
You will have a solid expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements, you will provide legal advices and conduct legal researches on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law and real estate; reply to various legal requests from end-users and third parties (including resellers and suppliers) in relation to products and services. The ideal candidate will be a lawyer currently working in a leading law firm. You should be comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently, with a willingness to assume responsibility. Strong planning and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, accuracy will complete the profile. You will be a native Italian speaker with fluent English (both written and spoken).
