We are searching for a talented common law lawyer to join a leading law firm based in Milan.

We are looking for an individual with the ability to take on a wide range of tasks and to form strong relationships with clients. You must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and have the ability to think creatively to bring success to the role.
You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to clients, conducting legal research and preparing legal documents.
You must have a thorough knowledge of common law, ideally in the areas ofcorporate/M&A, private equity and banking/ finance.
