One of the most successful Italian law firms, with an outstanding client portfolio, a clear growth strategy and culture that is open, honest and determined to succeed is looking to hire a M&A associate. The corporate department is particularly well known and respected, only working on high end deals and clients.
You will be part of the corporate group and will be involved in advising many of the world’s leading companies. You will be expected to work independently but with all required support to aid your development. You will sit with different partners and experience work on both public and private M&A, private equity, venture capital, real estate and joint venture deals.
The ideal candidate will have gained solid M&A experience from a leading Italian or international law firm. You must have an innovative outlook and be keen about being challenged and realizing your full potential. Our client requires individuals that are smart, well rounded and commercially aware. Motivation is a significant factor in the success of a candidate. Our client is looking for an individual that is personable, confident and able to be client facing. You will be either a newly qualified or a lawyer with 1/2 years\’ post qualification experience. Strong academics are essential (i.e.:105/110 or above from University). Fluent English is absolutely necessary.
