This leading domestic firm is well known for its quality work and excellence in the corporate/M&A, private equity and litigation.
The firm is looking for an associate with solid experience on corporate and bankruptcy law either in litigation, arbitration or in consultancy.
You will be involved in litigation, arbitration, corporate and bankruptcy consultancy.
Ideally you will have gained a solid expertise on restructuring and recovery plans, especially in reorganization agreements, extraordinary administration procedure, and compulsory liquidation.
The successful candidate will have strong academic profile and experience derived from a leading firm renowned for their insolvency/bankruptcy work. You will be a lawyer with 3-5 PQE experience.
