Our client a premier international law firm is now seeking a lawyer for its capital markets group in Milan. You will be joining a busy team that works closely with the offices in the States, Asia and Europe. You will advise both issuers and underwriters on a wide range of capital markets products, covering the whole range of capital markets transactions, with expertise spanning equity-related mandates and debt. Members of the team are expected to navigate every complexity of evolving markets and products, providing efficient advice on any type of transaction. You will be advising on complex debt and equity capital markets matters throughout the region, with expertise ranging from IPOs and secondary sales to rights issues and debt programmes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in International Capital Market – equity and debt. Excellent written communication and drafting skills are essential, as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative. The ideal candidate will be a lawyer with strong academics, and fluent English language.
