Our client is a leading light in terms of providing high quality legal services. It is now looking to add an additional lawyer to its market leading energy practice group.

You will have had central involvement on deals, with strong commercial awareness directly with the partner and senior counsel.
The ideal candidate will have solid M&A and general commercial experience ideally within the energy sector – you will have practise dealing with Operation & Maintenance Contract, Energy Performance Contract etc.
Ideally you will have gained your experience from a top tier firm, excellent academics and a high degree of self-motivation.
