It offers consultancy from the preliminary start-up phase to market access with a multidisciplinary approach that covers all regulatory, corporate governance and industrial property and patent protection aspects of both Italian and EU law.
The firm is now looking for a lawyer with strong expertise in Healthcare & Lifesciences. Ideally you will have gained a solid experience in advising in the context of agency and distribution contracts, clinical trials, sponsorship contracts, relations with medical staff and the Public Administration, advertising of drugs and medical devices, license agreements and AIC transfer, regulatory activities.
The ideal candidate will work autonomously and unsupervised, will have an outstanding track record, excellent contacts and a recognized aptitude for teamwork. Candidates will need a following of business to bring with them. Prospects for career development are excellent.
