One of the most successful law firms, with an outstanding client portfolio, a clear growth strategy and culture that is open, honest and determined to succeed is looking to hire a corporate associate. The corporate department is particularly well known and respected, only working on high end deals and clients.
You will be part of the corporate group and will be involved in advising many of the world’s leading companies as well as small businesses. You will sit with different partners and experience not only the general corporate foundations, but more specific technical work on both public and private M&A (domestic and cross border) private equity, restrutuing and much more.
The ideal candidate will have gained solid corporate/M&A experience from a leading Italian or international law firm. You must have an innovative outlook and be keen about being challenged and realizing your full potential. Our client requires individuals that are smart, well rounded and commercially aware. Motivation is a significant factor in the success of a candidate. Our client is looking for an individual that is personable, confident and able to be client facing. You will be a lawyer with 1/4 PQE, excellent academics and fluent English.
